This new technology has now marked a change in jewellery production. Our desire has always been to keep up with the times and evolve according to our customers' requests. For this reason, we have chosen to combine technology with manual workmanship. We will carefully evaluate the best working method to produce each object with the best value for money.
A 2D sketch comes to life via CAD. This programme is designed to give a highly realistic image of the jewellery being produced and allow shapes and dimensions to be modified, without wasting precious materials. Once the 3D drawing has been created in its shapes and volumes, you can choose materials and stones of different colours, to get a realistic idea through a Render of the final result
Right inside our workshop, using the 3D printer, we will print what we have designed in three dimensions, guaranteeing the privacy of your creations. Printing can be done in different materials: resin for casting, resin for rubber models: or on request nanoceramics or glass-ceramics . When the resin model is perfect, we will proceed with lost-wax casting of the castable resin.
If you want to make a gift but are not sure how to go about it, if you want to realise an idea of yours but would like a professional to help you realise your sketches, send us your request with some photos and don't worry, we will take care of everything.
We will look at pictures, designs and resins together to understand your taste. We will ask you some questions, not because we are curious, but because we want to be able to make something unique and special just for you, and with which you identify.
We are not always able to get the taste right the first time, but that is exactly what the 3D is for, to understand before making the object if there are any changes to be made. Not too many I recommend, clarity, professionalism, trust and seriousness are the characteristics you look for in us, but they are the same ones we expect to receive.
Once the project is approved, we will send it into production, send you some pictures of the working stages and contact you as soon as the work is completed.
